What to do, if I can not find the information that interests me in the product description?

  • by Skype (Skype user name is provided at the top of the page - ba_info, or at the bottom of the product description);
  • by telephone number +370 699 62969 (or by the telephone number at the bottom of the product description);
  • by clicking the button “Ask” and filling the opened inquiry form (you can find the button “Ask” after opening the product description page, below the price of the product).

Upon receipt of your inquiry we will respond you as soon as possible within one business hour.

Can I negotiate the price?

We always strive to offer the best price for our customers. If you find the same product offered by another dealer in Lithuania for a lower price, please let us know and we will try to provide the same or even better offer.

Are the prices for legal and natural entities different?

All registered customers purchase goods for a “Price including VAT”. Legal customers who are our partners purchase the goods for even lower prices comparing to the “Price including VAT”, in this case they purchase for wholesale prices applied to them.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices of the goods offered at our store include VAT.

Where does b-a.eu deliver the goods?

We deliver the goods to homes throughout Lithuania. The delivery cost depends on the weight, size of the goods and transportation location. We can deliver the goods weighing up to 10 kg to a post office.

How much time does delivery of the goods take?

The estimated delivery time is specified for each item.

Can we pick up the goods ourselves?

Yes, you can.

Do you offer product installation service?

Yes, product installation service is provided by our Partner www.meistras1.lt.

Can you deliver the goods earlier than the term specified on b-a.eu?

The delivery term for the goods is estimated automatically. Sometimes we may shorten the delivery term for the goods.

Can an item be paid for by one person and delivered to another person?

Yes. Specify the contact information of the person who will be picking up the item when entering data in sections “customer identification” and “item delivery conditions” at the shopping cart.

I would like to provide more information for the order (door code, instructions for the courier, etc.). Where could I do this?

You can provide more information when filling in the shopping cart: when you click on the text “Leave your comment about delivery of the goods here” a white text entry box is opened where you can provide the information you want.

When do you receive my order?

Your order shows up in our inner work program as soon as you click the button “Confirm order”.

How can I get an invoice for the purchased goods?

We will send the invoice to the e-mail address specified in your order as soon as your order is executed. The e-invoice is also the warranty card.

How you decide whether I am qualified for hire-purchase?

The decision whether you are qualified for hire-purchase is made by the leasing company which your enquiry is forwarded to automatically. And we will let you know about the opportunity for you to buy in instalments.

What kinds of goods can be bough in instalments?

All goods the total purchase amount of which is in compliance with the minimum purchase amount established by the leasing company (150 or 250 Litas) can be bought in instalments.

Who is qualified for hire-purchase?

Only adults holding a valid Personal Identity Card or a new type of Driver’s Licence, or a passport of a citizen of Lithuania or the European Union Member State are entitled to purchase goods in instalments.

Are your goods provided with a warranty?

The same warranty is provided to all goods sold by b-a.eu just like purchasing at a usual store. For more details about warranties read here.

Who should I contact, if the product is faulty?

What is the average time needed for repairing the product?

Product repair time depends on the product and occupation of the manufacturer’s warranty centre. Usually it takes 2-5 weeks.

Will you replace the product, if it is impossible to repair the old one?

If the warranty period of the product is not expired, the product will be replaced or the money will be returned.

When do you start executing the order?

We will start executing the order when the status of the order changes into Executing. Usually approval of the order takes no longer than one business day. You can view the status of the order by going to My Menu -> My purchases and selecting your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order by going to My Menu -> My purchases or by writing an e-mail at the following address: info@b-a.lt (please remember to specify your order number).
